About Me

Hi, I’m Caroline.

I am a trained Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor working with individuals and couples. I have a Master’s in Science from the University of Derby and have worked as a psychotherapist in the charity, secondary and higher education sector, and in private practice. I have experience of supporting clients with a range of problems, across all ages, ethnic and cultural identities and professions. I have worked with full time carers, autistic clients and, individuals with a range of physical and learning conditions. Furthermore, my master’s dissertation explored how an integrative approach can help develop resilience in medical doctors; a model that can be applied with many caring professions. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked for fifteen years in education in many roles. I subsequently worked in the voluntary sector in addiction recovery, and as a volunteer in youth offending and probation.
